This practice is currently Self-Pay which means that insurance is not accepted. All major credit cards are accepted.

I will happily provide a Superbill to any client who requests this service. A Superbill is a receipt of services that you can then submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

This Superbill can be provided on a weekly, monthly, or as needed basis. Whatever works best for your needs and your insurance companies requirements.
